For example, he could generate methane and ammonia compounds in the air around Black and Zamasu, then he could allow them to oxidise which would in turn result in the creation of hydrogen cyanide, a potentially colourless gas that would only be noticed due to the characteristic faint aroma of what smells like almonds. An HCN concentration of 2000 ppm would result in death via the deprivation of oxygen to cells and organs that absorb the chemical in only a minute's time. Once it's reached a certain concentration in the air it becomes explosive and flammable so the celestial duo would be foolhardy to try anything. Piccolo should be able to neutralise the compound before it reaches him and Gohan by surrounding themselves in a tight ring of hydrogen peroxide and sodium thiosulfate. Alternatively, Piccolo could generate vibrational particles that are imparted with enough kinetic energy to generate a sound around the opponents at the necessary decibels to kill via pulmonary rupture and air embolism. Of course, Piccolo would also have to take precautions by materialising something potent enough to reflect or absorb most of the sound before it reaches him and Gohan. He could also compact the air around them with enough particles to nullify the vibrational interactions and energy. Since the above proposals are unlikely to happen, along with the Namekian failing to remember that he can use the Mafuba, I guess Piccolo gets taken down in a few shots as both Black and Zamasu seemed to be SSJB tier in the anime. Gohan can't contend with both at once. Black wouldn't even need his gaseous clones to defeat Gohan. Teamwork coupled with conventional manoeuvres would suffice in bringing the Saiyan hybrid down.

Alone, Gohan could probably take Zamasu down without his immortality. With the left over stamina he has he should still be able to defeat Black as well.
